Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Replenishment Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the replenishment of goods to affiliates, warehouses, and final customers, ensuring optimal inventory levels, on-time delivery, and cost-effective transportation. The planner will also oversee the production scheduling of DECO resin, coordinating closely with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to guarantee timely fulfillment of demand.
Responsibilities
- Replenishment Management
- Monitor replenishment status to affiliates using MTR (R12) and initiate Internal Requisitions (IR) as needed.
- Verify sales orders generated by IR and confirm scheduled ship dates (SSD).
- Update and consolidate shipping plans to optimize transportation costs and meet OTIF targets.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date communication with receiving sites and participate in daily production meetings to review shipment schedules.
- Engage in weekly critical issue reviews and provide timely feedback.
- Production Planning – DECO Resin
- Define and schedule resin production plans aligned with production capacity to ensure on-time delivery and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate information flow between procurement, warehouse, and production teams, addressing raw material shortages and new order integration.
- Participate in weekly production review meetings covering delivery status, capacity, EHS, and warehouse topics.
- Create and manage production batch tickets and update production scheduling files accessible to relevant departments.
- Ensure production schedules are accurately reflected in the R12 Prod Gantt Chart and related systems.
- Process Optimization
- Maintain proper transfer rule parameters and act as the primary liaison between affiliates and the plant for all replenishment-related matters.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve planning accuracy, communication, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in supply chain planning, preferably with a focus on replenishment and production scheduling.
- Strong understanding of planning methodologies and MRP logic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong mathematical and logical reasoning abilities.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritize tasks independently, and solve problems proactively.
- Proficient in IT tools including R12, QV, Report Server, Focus, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
