A leading company is seeking a dedicated Resiliency and Personal Development Facilitator at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy. The role involves facilitating retreats and workshops while promoting resilience and leadership development among service members. Ideal candidates should have a Master’s degree or U.S. military experience, strong event coordination skills, and must be U.S. citizens proficient in English.

Competenze

• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH.
• At least two years of experience in facilitation, counseling, or education.

Mansioni

• Facilitate retreats lasting 2-3 days, including overnight stays.
• Lead a minimum of 32 workshops per year on resilience and leadership topics.
• Administer feedback forms to assess effectiveness.
• Manage event logistics for workshops and retreats.
