A renewable energy company in Italy seeks a Site Manager to oversee the performance of renewable energy assets. You'll be responsible for managing maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and reporting on performance metrics. The ideal candidate has a background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil construction, and experience in the Renewables Industry. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role, which requires regular travel within the designated area.

Competenze

• Experience managing PV Plants 2-5 years.
• Knowledge of best practices in documentation and reporting.
• Experience with Wind plants is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Oversee and coordinate site O&M service activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with HSQE standards.
• Produce monthly operational reports detailing Asset Management activities.

Conoscenze

Clear and concise written and verbal communication

Strong scheduling and planning skills

Problem solving

Experience managing contractors

Formazione

Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil construction

Min 2-5 years’ experience in Renewables Industry
