A leading renewable energy recruiter is seeking an experienced M&A Manager in Milan to support investment analysis for Solar PV and BESS projects. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in renewable energy and strong skills in financial modelling. Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in renewable energy investment, M&A, or project finance.
• Strong experience within the Italian renewable energy market.
• Proven exposure to Solar PV transactions; BESS experience is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Support M&A and investment activities for renewable energy assets across Italy.
• Build, maintain, and review financial models for BESS opportunities.
• Perform valuation and investment analysis for asset and portfolio acquisitions.
• Support transaction execution and prepare investment committee materials.
• Work closely with development, business development, and finance teams.
