Location: Athens, Greece (if relocating) or remote from Greece if you're already there. Start date: 27 February or 6 March. Model: Remote.

Your Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
• Troubleshoot issues or elevate when needed
• Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain strong, professional relationships and show empathy
• Turn every interaction into a happy customer experience
