The RTD acts as the local operations leader, manages vendor relationships, oversees incident and problem management, and supports business growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include vendor management, service operations, country/office operations leadership, supporting business operations, and ensuring governance of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a BSc degree or equivalent experience, ITIL certifications, at least 10 years of operations experience, and 5 years of project management experience.
