A leading pump manufacturing company in Monza is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for centrifugal pumps across various industries, including oil and gas. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, and strong communication skills. This role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic environment and requires fluency in English, with Arabic and Italian as a plus.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of experience in regional sales, particularly in the rotating equipment sector.
• Knowledge of business law and contract terms is essential.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Arabic and Italian is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and high self-motivation.
• Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Identify market opportunities and drive growth initiatives for a business size of $10M to $15M revenue booking or exceed.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for oil and gas, water transmission, desalination, and power sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC customers and stakeholders in the region.
• Coordinate with post order Project Management Team and other functions.
