Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager / Real Estate Assistant to oversee and coordinate a property investment and renovation project in the Tuscany region (Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca). The ideal candidate is a mature, highly organized professional and will act as the local point of contact for our office, managing every aspect of the property purchase, renovation, and administration.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact between the owners (foreign investors) and local professionals
  • Assist with property acquisition processes: scheduling visits, liaising with real estate agents, coordinating notaries
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to property transactions and renovations (permits, PEC communication, local regulations)
  • Source, hire, and coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, and designers for the renovation
  • Supervise the renovation project timeline, budget, and quality control
  • Handle communication in English (and Italian), providing clear updates to the owners
  • Represent the company’s interests in all dealings with suppliers, legal entities, and authorities
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property management, real estate assistance, or project management in Italy
  • Strong knowledge of Tuscany’s property regulations and PEC (Posta Elettronica Certificata) system
  • Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English (French is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of tasks

Location: Siena / Lucca / Pisa / Florence, Tuscany Region

Contract: Freelance / Consultancy
