A vertical farming company is seeking an experienced R&D Project Engineer to lead the SUSTAIN project, bridging engineering, agronomy, and data science. The ideal candidate will manage project coordination, collaborate on product development, and lead data analysis for innovative agricultural solutions. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Python and CAD software. This role is pivotal in enhancing agricultural productivity sustainably.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a multidisciplinary R&D or engineering role.
• Proven experience in Python programming for data analysis.
• Ability to develop and apply mathematical and statistical models.
