A leading engineering company in Italy is seeking a Quality Manager to manage customer claims and oversee Quality Assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and experience in Quality Department with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of English and Italian is mandatory for this role, which aims to enhance internal quality processes and customer satisfaction.
This candidate will manage customer and internal claims, being the link between the Customer and the Operations departments and managing Quality Assurance and Quality topics.
