A leading pharmaceutical firm is seeking a Q.C. Opex Trainee to enhance processes within the Quality Control Team. This role involves data analysis, optimization of laboratory tests, and cross-functional collaborations. The ideal candidate has a degree in management engineering, chemistry, or pharmacy, alongside strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, fluent in Italian and English, with Excel proficiency. The position is located in Origgio, Italy.

What The Job Looks Like

• Data collection and analysis to implement standard times for performing laboratory tests, optimizing operator time and improving processes
• Collaborate with the Quality Control Team to achieve the targeted OPEX KPIs within the laboratories, especially implementing new OPEX projects in the Incoming Materials Chemical Laboratory
• Operative tasks supporting standardization and continuous improvement processes/activities
• Monitor the transfer of knowledge and identify best practices
• Implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology
• Cross-functional collaborations and reporting data to the Opex team

What You’ll Bring To The Table
