Job Description

Our healthcare client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives supporting our growing healthcare network. This role is ideal for a collaborative project leader who thrives in dynamic environments, asks thoughtful questions, and continuously learns while driving projects from initiation through successful delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects with interdependencies across IT, Field Operations, and Corporate teams. The role requires strong planning, communication, and risk‑management skills, along with the ability to balance structure and flexibility while working with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single accountable owner for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple IT projects simultaneously.
  • Lead medium to large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives involving internal teams, external partners, and matrixed resources.
  • Manage projects from initiation through go‑live, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
  • Rigorously manage scope, schedule, and resources to deliver projects within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Planning, Tools & Execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies using tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Smartsheets.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues while maintaining an integrated delivery roadmap.
  • Publish regular project status updates and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and governance forums.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Act as a key liaison between IT, business stakeholders, field teams, and corporate partners.
  • Develop and execute effective communication plans tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proactively escalate risks, issues, and resource constraints to ensure timely resolution.
  • Present project updates, recommendations, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
Risk & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead ongoing risk identification and mitigation activities to minimize business and project exposure.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, increased efficiency, and better project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of project management standards, templates, and best practices.

Travel Requirement

20–30% travel, approximately once per month, to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
