Role

The Project / Account Manager will be responsible for the following areas :

  • Project Management – Planning and coordinating the work team to deliver developed projects to clients within the agreed timeframe.
  • Planning Sprints and Resources – Collaborate with the business and the development team to plan new projects and milestones, ensuring clear planning and efficient workflow.
  • Game Testing – Ensure that all internal and client testing / UATs are done, monitoring the quality of work and ensuring it meets company standards and specifications defined with the client.
  • Development Processes – Ongoing discussion with the Chief Games Officer and the development team to improve and streamline internal processes and products produced.
  • Documentation – Ensure that internal documents are up-to-date and manage the development team so that all tasks are completed.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Project Manager / Account experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and the development team.
  • Proficiency in basic project management tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Notion).
  • Ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Stress management and diplomacy to resolve conflicts with team and client.
  • Process discipline and meticulous documentation for internal and client-facing materials.
  • Passion for video games.
  • Ambition to contribute to our mission to bring the power of gaming to every company in the world.
