We are looking for an Integration & Operations PMO to support the Head of Integration / COO in post-merger initiatives and cross-functional operational projects within the insurance sector.
This role will play a key part in planning, monitoring, and executing integration and transformation activities, contributing to the achievement of the organization’s strategic and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of post-merger integration and cross-functional operational initiatives.
- Work with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across processes, people, and systems.
- Prepare project documentation and functional specifications to support IT and process integration.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify synergies, improvement opportunities, and efficiencies.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and governance committees.
- Assist in change management and internal communication throughout integration phases.
- Contribute to monitoring operational activities and ensuring business continuity during transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, project management, or similar corporate environments.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling, dashboards) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
- Proven ability to draft functional specifications and project documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in dynamic and international environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with system or application integrations (APIs, platforms) is considered an important plus.
- Background in the insurance industry, brokerage, or insurtech is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to IT integration or digital transformation initiatives.
