What You’ll Do

• Lead R&D projects from concept to launch.
• Work closely with global teams and top suppliers.
• Support testing, validation, and certification.
• Drive innovation and improve product performance.
• Keep stakeholders updated and contribute to strategy.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree Mechanical, Energy, or Industrial Engineering.
• A solid 3–4 years of experience in R&D project management (HVAC or appliances preferred).
• Strong coordination skills with cross-functional and international teams.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
• Fluency in English (Chinese is a plus).
• Great planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
