We are currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and qualification of hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, and HVAC systems for aerospace applications.

This role involves managing the full product development lifecycle, from technical proposals through to production support, with regular interaction with internal teams, suppliers, and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and define the architecture and layout of hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, and HVAC systems (e.g., condensers, evaporators)
  • Coordinate technical development activities across all project phases
  • Prepare technical specifications (preliminary and final) and supplier documentation
  • Select appropriate materials, define dimensional and geometric tolerances
  • Provide technical support to CAD designers and verify functional, manufacturability, and installability aspects of drawings
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including development test procedures and reports
  • Monitor project KPIs (CPI / SPI) and manage product configuration changes
  • Participate in technical reviews with clients and suppliers
  • Define test bench requirements and oversee development / acceptance testing
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the aerospace or automotive sectors
  • Solid knowledge of aerospace design and qualification standards
  • Familiarity with fluid dynamics principles and GD&T practices (e.g., ASME 14.5M)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of CAD tools (preferably AutoCAD and / or CATIA V5)
  • Familiarity with simulation tools such as MSC.Nastran, MSC.Adams, Matlab, Simulink is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including international business trips
