In this role you will act as the technical reference point throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate with internal teams — Including the Project Management Office, Sales, Design, Production, Quality, and Procurement — to ensure seamless execution. You will serve as the main technical interface for clients, suppliers, and factories, managing all assigned projects with professionalism and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include preparing and updating technical documentation, supporting remote commissioning activities, handling change requests, and resolving technical issues promptly.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Mainly focusing on projects and high complexity MRO business
  • Actively participating in Kick-Off Meetings with customers at the start of the project
  • Assisting Customers and Document Controllers in interpreting project-related certificates, specifications, technical drawings and datasheets, ensuring proper revisions and required modifications
  • Managing technical relationships with sub-suppliers, both local and centralized, to ensure alignment
  • Collaborating with detailers during the write-up phase to clarify any technical doubts
  • Independently handling Change Requests (CRs), coordinating with Customer Administrator/Project Manager and Inside Sales Engineer
  • Addressing technical non-conformities, answer customer questions, provide advice on technical solutions and benefits and attend customer meetings as required
  • Communicating with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time, specials, etc.
  • Ensuring activities are carried out in line with agreed departmental KPIs
  • Attending relevant technical and commercial trainings as required to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, including new products as and when released

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or similar)

  • Fluency in Italian
  • Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
