WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROGRAMMATIC CAMPAIGN MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM

The primary goal of this role is the end‑to‑end effective management of programmatic activities, from strategic setup to final reporting.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS IN THIS ROLE?
  • Independently set up campaign structures: audience, inventory strategy, formats, and KPIs.
  • Manage and continuously optimize campaign performance.
  • Independently resolve any issues related to delivery, pacing, or tracking.
  • Conduct in‑depth analysis of results, producing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Suggest budget reallocations and optimization strategies to maximize KPIs.
WHO ARE YOU?
  • You have direct experience in the implementation, optimization, analysis, and reporting of programmatic campaigns.
  • You have operational knowledge of at least two DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Xandr). Preferred expertise in Amazon DSP.
  • You have the familiarity with key KPIs, attribution models, and data tracking systems.
  • You have the ability to analyze data, interpret it, and derive concrete insights.
  • You have the strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are fluent in English (we work with international clients).
