Responsibilities include:

• Relationship management: Support senior colleagues in advising on insurance strategies, understanding client risks, and managing accounts.
• Insurance coverage: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate insurance policies to meet client needs.
• Risk management: Contribute to risk assessment projects and develop solutions.
• Growth strategies: Help implement strategies to achieve growth and provide excellent client service.
• Placement solutions: Assess risks and negotiate with carriers for optimal placement.

Requirements:

• University Degree: Economics, Law, Political Sciences, Management Engineering, or similar.
• Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English.
• IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Additional skills: Interest in insurance and risk management, self-motivation, problem-solving, teamwork.
