We are looking for a Production Maintenance Manager

Mission

The Plant Maintenance Manager (PMM) is responsible for the comprehensive management of maintenance, safety, environmental protection, and process optimization within the plant, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the development of the team under their supervision.

Reports to Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure integration between production, process improvement, and maintenance teams.
• Oversee inventory and spare parts management.
• Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with audits and certifications.
• Promote environmental sustainability through waste and energy management.
• Support team development through training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance budgets and cost optimization projects.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.
• Minimum Experience in Manufacturing : 5 years
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance management.
• Specific training in safety, environment, and team management.
• Certifications in ISO 14001, ISO 18001, Kaizen, Problem Solving are valued.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• Proficiency in management tools (SAP, OE / OLE indicator analysis, etc.).

Conditions and Work Environment

Position based in an industrial plant, with constant interaction with production, maintenance teams, and suppliers. Active participation in audits, improvement projects, and ongoing training.
