La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is an internationally operating company specializing in the production and distribution of coffee, tea, and food products. We operate multiple production facilities in Italy (Fano, Bologna, Monteporzio) and continue to expand our manufacturing operations.

To strengthen our production controlling function, we are looking for a Production Controller (m/f/d) with a strong analytical mindset and hands‑on manufacturing focus.

• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting production costs and KPIs across our plants
• Cost analysis by product, line, and site (material, labor, overhead, scrap, efficiency)
• Preparation of regular production and performance reports for management
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning for production operations
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Close cooperation with production, operations, and finance teams
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as ERP system (data analysis, reporting, controlling processes)
• Support month‑end closing activities related to production controlling
• Degree in Controlling, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Experience in production controlling or manufacturing finance is a strong advantage
• Solid Excel skills; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and structured working style
• Ability to work close to operations and communicate with production teams
• Fluent in English; Italian is an advantage
