We are looking for a Product Manager to join the BKN301 team — someone with solid experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong desire to build. You will add value through the impact of your work and company culture. You will be the point of reference for defining, designing, and evolving high-impact digital products.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business and market needs to define new functionalities and products.
2. Translate complex requirements into clear and operational functional specifications.
3. Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations) and external stakeholders to guide end-to-end product development.
4. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to phase-out, covering all phases – definition, development, go-live, and monitoring – ensuring value at every stage.
5. Assess the feasibility of requested changes and mitigate potential risks.
6. Analyze informational processes to identify areas for improvement.
7. Write user flows, user stories, and functional documentation in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
8. Conduct market benchmarking and competitor analysis.
9. Support functional testing, QA, and validation before releases.
10. Promote a culture focused on value, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
11. Proactively interact with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance and Business teams, to ensure a shared product vision and successful delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management roles, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or B2B software.
• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and non-authoritative leadership.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles.
• Analytical thinking and ability to validate solutions before development.
• Experience in functional design of complex digital services.
• Excellent command of English.
• Passion for innovation and dynamic, international, cross-functional environments.
