Senior Product Designer at Flipster

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and iterating on innovative product solutions that address crypto user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Product design for crypto trading service
• Service design conceptualization and execution - delivering designs swiftly within development cycles, iterating rapidly from briefing to final delivery
• Collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams throughout the design process including engineering, product and business
• Continuous UX / UI improvement based on user research and data, with proactively setting design directions
• Design for PC / Mobile Web and App service platform

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UX / UI Design (App&Web)
• Experience in design execution for PC / Mobile platform
• Design with a blend of vision, craft, speed and business potential
• Excellent communication skills for clear articulation and defense of designs amid complexity and trade-offs
• Embrace failure as a learning opportunity with maturity and openness to feedback
• Proactively manage communication by adapting tonality and mode, including being respectful, inclusive etc.
• A love for design feedback, sharing work and engaging with peers consistently
• Push creative boundaries to set new industry standards, comfortably tackle design challenges with fresh approaches
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Protopie
• Preferred
• Enjoys the process of creating services with various domain experts
• Experience or interest in designing service related with finance and / or cryptocurrency
• Experience in UX research and data analysis
• Familiarity with Agile work process
• Knowledge in design and crypto trends
• Business level English and Korean
