A leading aerospace company in Rome is seeking a Project PA Manager to ensure compliance with product assurance tasks on institutional projects. This role requires 7 years in the Space Domain and 5 years in Quality, with a strong knowledge of ECSS. Key responsibilities include managing project requirements, coordinating the Project Quality team, and reporting on Quality aspects. Competenze

• 7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have).
• 5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA).

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance to project requirements and document deviations.
• Establish/update the Project PA Plan and ensure proper implementation.
• Ensure Non-Conformities are managed according to requirements.
• Coordinate the activities of the Project Quality team.
• Prepare Quality documents and verify/approve others.
• Ensure reports of Quality aspects to the Customer and management.
• Participate in Project meetings and reviews.
• Manage Risk Management processes and continuous improvement.

1 - Position : Project PA Manager – Institutional

2 - Location: Rome – Italy

3 - Job Description:

The incumbent will ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects for the assigned perimeter (project or sub‑system), and as such she/he will

• Ensure the compliance to project requirements or, as applicable, that deviations are duly documented and justified
• Ensure that project activities are carried out in compliance to Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards and Regulations
• Establish and maintain appropriate interface with the Customer Quality representative, for all relevant PA matters
• Represent the privileged interface for the Project Management team for relevant PA matters
• Establish/update the Project PA Plan (if applicable) in compliance to the PA requirements, and ensure that it is correctly implemented throughout the Project
• Ensure Non‑Conformities are managed according to applicable requirements and processes internally and within suppliers, ensuring proper visibility to the Customer
• Coordinate the activities of the Project Quality team, ensuring that the PA Requirements and/or Plan is correctly flowed down at all levels, internally and towards external suppliers
• Prepare Quality documents under PA responsibility, and verify/approve other project Quality documents
• Ensure a proper reporting of Quality aspects towards the Customer, the PMO and the management
• Ensure the participation to (internal and Customer) Project meetings and reviews as relevant, providing Quality contribution whenever necessary
• Ensure that lessons learnt are formalised, capitalised & promoted
• Exercise the duty of alerts and the right of vetoes according to existing processes
• Ensure that Risk Management processes are well executed, and provide proactive contributions
• Ensure that continuous improvement processes are in place and implemented
• Participate to transversal activities, contributing to improve best practices, coaching and supporting younger and less experienced colleagues

• Customer PA Manager and Project team
• Q representatives of suppliers and partners, as applicable

5 - Required Experiences And Skills:

• 7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have)
