Job Summary:
The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, organizing merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service in a golf or sports pro shop setting.

Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services.
2. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise and keeping displays neat.
4. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services offered.
5. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and submitting orders when necessary.
6. Collaborate with the Pro Shop Manager to ensure smooth operation of the store.
7. Uphold a high standard of customer service by addressing customer issues or concerns effectively.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
9. Keep track of sales and report on daily activities to the management team.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
3. Knowledge of golf or sports equipment is a plus.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
