A technology company is seeking a skilled sales professional to join its Enterprise Corporate Sales team in Rome, Italy. You will manage relationships with Government Customers and be responsible for driving growth in Public Sector accounts. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales acumen with proven experience in complex sales cycles, along with a deep understanding of the Public Sector. Fluency in both English and Italian is required, along with a commitment to personal development and collaboration.

Competenze

  • Proven experience in quota carrying sales and account management, preferably in technology.
  • Successful history of new business sales, meeting revenue targets.

Descrizione del lavoro

As part of the Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) 360 team, you will be selling to Government Customers across the Italy region.

You will be responsible for growing and managing a range of large Local Government Public Sector accounts, by partnering with our Strategic Account Executives to evangelize the Salesforce vision and generate transactional growth.

You will be leveraging the core Data & AI suite of our Citizen 360 platform, including our Core, offerings.

  • Ambition and hunger to overachieve
  • Previous exposure to Italy Public Sector market
  • A large appetite for personal development
  • A passion for Public Sector with a motivation to change the world with technology
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build trust across internal and customer stakeholders
  • Proven experience of quota carrying sales and account management experience, preferably in the technology industry
  • Successful history of new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against revenue targets
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles
  • Previous Sales Methodology training, CRM experience and strong customer references.
  • Knowledge and experience of the Public Sector
  • Fluency in English and Italian required
  • University Degree or Equivalent through experience
  • Office-flexible presence required. Role based in Salesforce Rome office
Responsibilities
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of resources (Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, etc)
  • Contribute to account and sector strategy planning
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
  • Organize and manage industry events and user groups
  • Build campaigns to target new business growth
  • Ensure forecast hygiene and accuracy
  • Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance
