Join our KONE Supply Chain (KSC) EU Pricing Team and make a real impact on business performance and profitability in a global, market-leading company.

We are looking for a Pricing Engineer to join our KSC EU Pricing Team, based in Italy (Pero) or Finland (Hyvinkää).

As a Pricing Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate “cost plus” transfer price to KONE Front Lines, drive cost competitiveness and profitability analysis, and enhance pricing transparency across our European supply chain. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product management, offering, manufacturing and product costing, helping us deliver smarter pricing strategies and sustainable growth.

You’ll also take the lead in maintaining and developing transfer pricing tools, improving transparency and accuracy throughout the process, and supporting profitability analysis to help the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities and key activities
  • Execute and support KONE Transfer pricing activities across the EU Supply Chain
  • Create and maintain price list structures in collaboration with Offering, Kone Technology, Manufacturing Units, and Purchasing.
  • Validate and manage pricing logic and configuration in our pricing tools.
  • Analyze price dynamics and trends to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Enhance tender pricing accuracy and traceability, ensuring profitability and competitiveness
  • Monitor project cost variances from pre- to post-delivery and suggest pricing adjustments where needed.
  • Support Area, Supply Chain, and Tendering teams on transfer pricing–related topics.
  • Contribute to global transfer pricing initiatives, developing new tools and processes.
  • Facilitate cost data collection and support decision-making with key stakeholders.
We are looking for:
  • M.Sc or B.Sc in Data Science/Engineering/Economics or equivalent experience
  • At least 1/3 years of working experience in pricing, costing or product structure.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Experience with pricing tools (KTOC, PDMVC, SAP) or tool development is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of product costing principles and profitability drivers
  • Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and projections.
  • A critical thinker with problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Proactive with a self-driven attitude
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
