You will work closely with Sales and Product teams to define sales forecasts, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement in the operations team. Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support sales planning and forecasting activities within the Operations team. The role works closely with Sales Product and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts monitor demand trends and translate commercial performance into operational insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Join the Operations team with responsibility for sales planning and forecasting
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to define the sales forecast
• Prepare forecasts in terms of registrations and contracts
• Build and monitor order trends to support forecasting activities
• Select structure and validate data for forecasting models using advanced Excel skills
• Support stock analysis and monitoring in collaboration with relevant teams
• Translate sales forecasts into operational guidance for production and product availability
• Input and update actual sales data in planning tools and files
• Compare forecast vs. actual analyze variances and support corrective actions
• Prepare reports and analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Planning Forecasting Operations or Demand Planning roles
• Solid analytical and operational background with a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Economics Statistics Business Administration or similar)
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or in complex industrial/manufacturing environments is considered a strong plus
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning tools; strong analytical mindset attention to detail and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
