Key Responsibilities

• Join the Operations team with responsibility for sales planning and forecasting.
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to define the sales forecast.
• Prepare forecasts in terms of registrations and contracts.
• Build and monitor order trends to support forecasting activities.
• Select structure and validate data for forecasting models using advanced Excel skills.
• Support stock analysis and monitoring in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Translate sales forecasts into operational guidance for production and product availability.
• Input and update actual sales data in planning tools and files.
• Compare forecast vs. actual, analyze variances and support corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Planning, Forecasting, Operations or Demand Planning roles.
• Solid analytical and operational background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar).
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or in complex industrial / manufacturing environments is considered a strong plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning tools; strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
