Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a Project-Oriented Controller to join our Planning & Control team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial management of renewable energy projects throughout their lifecycle – from development to construction – ensuring sound financial control, accurate reporting, and meaningful business insights.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate budget data in line with business plan guidelines and inputs from Business Lines, Divisions, and Staff structures.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with budgeted amounts and consistency with project progress.
  • Prepare and update short-term forecasts on project costs and cash flow.
  • Produce management reports and reporting packages for shareholders.
  • Share financial data with Group Accounting to ensure accurate consolidation of company and group results.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of the ERP system and other reporting tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a project-based environment or within the renewable energy / infrastructure sector.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographies.
