A leading company in Italy is looking for an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to manage purchasing, logistics, and administrative tasks. The role involves coordination with HR and accounting, managing suppliers, and maintaining compliance with Italian customs and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement and administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in both Italian and English. This position is part-time and based in Lombardy.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with international trade regulations and export documentation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Italian customs procedures and freight forwarding.

  • Manage purchasing activities, logistics, and export documentation.
  • Maintain inventory and oversee administrative tasks of the company.
  • Coordinate HR and accounting activities in collaboration with external consultants.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
