A leading pharmaceutical company in Italy is seeking an experienced P&O Business Partner. You will coordinate P&O processes and supervise a small team while managing trade union relations. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field, over 5 years of experience, and is fluent in both Italian and English. The role offers a hybrid work model and various development opportunities.
To provide full range of P&O Business Partnering responsibilities to the entire company population and be responsible for the successful delivery of P&O programs/policies.
