Organizational Development Manager – Operations

Our client, a leading multinational company in the retail & wholesale industry, is currently looking for an:

Organizational Development Manager – Operations

The resource will oversee the development and implementation of the company’s Operations department enabling a consistent evolution with regards to organizational structures and processes, operational models, improvement, transformation and integration initiatives.

Areas of responsibility
  • Organizational Design: develop new organization design initiatives, roles and responsibilities. Perform gap analysis. Plan organizational evolution identifying the road map and key milestones.
  • Organization Development: to‑be structures, role design, and recommended sizing and implementation.
  • Change Management: act as a change agent supporting the business.
  • Project Management: manage the implementation of organizational projects at Operations department level.
  • Governance: plan, design and monitor global operations department governance mechanisms to ensure main decisions/processes are structured.
Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or multinational companies, with knowledge of operations, supply chain, logistics and/or organizational transformation projects.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills, result orientation, project management and change management.
  • Background in target operating model, business process reengineering, process mapping and improvement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to provide leadership in a large and complex organization.
  • English fluent; any other language is considered a plus.
