A global energy technology company is seeking an Operations Leader for the Small Impeller Line in Monza, Italy. This role involves managing a manufacturing unit to achieve operational targets and ensure continuous improvement while leading a team of salaried employees. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in manufacturing, alongside key leadership skills and experience in operation management.

As Operations Leader Small Impeller Line you will :

Manage an operation business unit or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees; this does not include production supervisors who oversee hourly employees.

Redefine processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g., engineering, planning, maintenance).

Handle latitude in manufacturing techniques. Manufacturing process requires choosing the right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.

Leads a small manufacturing unit with a budget > 1.5 million.

To be successful in this role you will have :

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.

Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Operation Management.
