Responsibilities
  • Adapt global marketing strategies to local market needs and consumer insights.
  • Lead local activation planning: trade marketing, visibility, POS materials, campaigns, product animations.
  • Develop and deliver commercial tools: cycle books, sales kits, training materials, merchandising.
  • Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, and performance analysis (sell‑in/sell‑out).
  • Provide recommendations to boost market performance and contribute to local forecasting.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and KAMs on trade negotiations and ensure proper execution in the field.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring ROI on each activation.
  • Organize and support commercial seminars and field visits to gather actionable insights.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (Business / Marketing / Management).
  • Relevant experience in operational marketing (Pharma / Food supplements).
  • fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid analytical mindset and ability to drive insights‑based recommendations.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Organized, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
