Join our team to lead cross-functional initiatives within the GTS Operational Excellence and Digitization team. In this role, you will serve as the functional reference point for the GTS digital transformation journey and help shape GTS strategic direction for our core processes and tools; you willbe defining, planning, and executing the GTS digital transformation journey, with a focus on delivering impactful digital initiatives that improve internal processes, tools, and ultimately enhance the customer experience. This includes owning the roadmap for affected tools, coordinating project execution through to adoption, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position requires close collaboration with GTS Digital, GTS business functions, and subject matter experts to drive transformation that makes GTS faster, smarter, and more efficient in the aftermarket business.
