The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Banking, Finance or Law, along with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Private Equity or Real Estate Asset Management. Responsibilities include proactive management of loans, conducting due diligence, and supporting clients in maximizing loan recovery. The company offers a permanent contract with hybrid working options.

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 70 borrower connections.
• Conduct due diligence on the loan portfolio to maximize recovery.
• Organize borrower meetings and act as main point of contact.
