We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated NOC L1 Controller to join our team and play a critical role in monitoring the Eutelsat Group’s networks and infrastructure. You’ll ensure the availability of connectivity services across both GEO and LEO satellite constellations. This position is key to maintaining service quality and providing technical assistance to our global customer base, working closely with on-duty controllers and international teams.
You are proactive, customer-focused, and thrive in a team environment. You have strong communication skills, are fluent in both English and Italian, and are capable of working within a 24/7 operational framework that includes night and weekend shifts. You’re eager to learn, can follow defined procedures, and are ready to support critical connectivity services for customers across the globe.

This position operates on a rotating 24/7 basis with three shifts per day (8 hours each).
