Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)
• Support and maintain Webex Cloud services (Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center)
• Monitor voice and video service performance
• Collaborate with network, security, and systems teams to ensure end-to-end service stability
• Contribute to improving processes and configurations (no architecture design required)
• Provide operational support for existing collaboration environments

Skills / Must Have:

• Experience with Cisco Collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx)
• Hands-on Webex Cloud experience (Calling & Contact Center)
• Familiarity with VoIP protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP
• Solid understanding of networking basics (IP, switching)
• Troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
• CCNA certification (required)
• Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork
