Overview

We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities
  • Interview and hire new talent, ensuring they align with the avatar profile outlined in our projected commission plans
  • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
  • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
  • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives
  • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the Real Estate industry
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to hit the ground running
  • Consistently strives to exceed profit margins and revenue targets
  • Excellent communication skills and self-assurance in maintaining relationships
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
  • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired
  • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
