Responsibilities
  • Red Bull Ambassador – Use your personality to showcase the premium brand. Build and maintain strong relationships with Italian cafés, bars and restaurants, drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, promote daytime products and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Alliance Builder – Strengthen and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts, and build a local network of decision‑makers in hospitality and gastronomy.
  • City Entrepreneur – Take full responsibility for on‑premise sales and marketing activities in your region, monitor trends, spot new opportunities, and develop innovative strategies and tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull.
  • Indispensable Business Consultant – Turn every appointment into a highlight, using sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial growth, surpassing previous goals, and implementing creative solutions to keep Red Bull number one in the on‑premise sector.
Key Areas of Knowledge and Expertise
  • Well networked; established contacts in hospitality and gastronomy or the ability to create them quickly and smoothly.
  • Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, or sales – a significant advantage.
  • Flexibility, autonomy and an open, extroverted attitude that treats all people as equals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen: deep understanding of sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and analytical skills for planning, negotiation and data analysis.
