Join to apply for the Middle Business Process Consultant role at P.G.M.D. Consulting

In this highly dynamic and professionalizing context, PGMD Consulting is looking for a “Middle Business Process Consultant,” with at least 3 years of seniority in the role, on the Milan office (Cologno Monzese), who will join a dynamic team, working for PA or Regional Health System entities both in Lombardy and in other regions of northern and central Italy.

Main responsibilities
  • Manage strategic and management consulting projects, functional for the redefinition of organizational and process structures useful to adequately support the transition to digital health;
  • Manage the activities of the various projects, with training objectives for the growth and training of junior resources involved in the project teams in which you participate.
Technical skills required
  • Knowledge of healthcare setting or major hospital-type processes;
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management and Redesign methods and tools;
  • Knowledge of the main ICT Governance frameworks (COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL).

The ideal candidate is a proactive person with excellent communication skills in Italian and English language, planning and project management. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to draft technical organizational documents.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical, scientific, engineering or economic disciplines.
