About The Role

We're looking for an Internal Sales/Sales Specialist in the Microsoft Business Unit. The person will manage the Microsoft portfolio, selling, negotiating product pricing, special offers, and promotions, and closing orders. The successful candidate will sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition, develop partner relationships (including account planning and cross‑selling), and create a strong pipeline of opportunities.

What You Will Do
  • Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls, having conversations about our solutions, and identifying opportunities.
  • Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information.
  • Manage customer backorders and engage in “intelligent project fishing.”
  • Manage end‑to‑end projects or hand over to presales for technical requirements.
  • Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system and ensure active closure of opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft portfolio.
  • Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
  • Drive to achieve set targets.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills.
  • Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
  • Knowledge of product set desirable but not essential.
