A leading electric vehicle company in Monza, Italy, is seeking a Mobile Service Technician. You will maintain and repair vehicles, collaborate with teams, and ensure high-quality service. Applicants must have relevant experience in vehicle service, technical qualifications for repairs in Italy, and be fluent in English and Italian. Competenze

What You’ll Do

• Perform maintenance, repair and improve Tesla vehicles using specific software and advanced tools, traveling to customers in a remote setting. You may be located in a service center when requested.
• Ensure high quality: fix right the first time, inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre‑delivery, work with the highest quality standards.
• Act as a Tesla ambassador: represent the brand and its mission during field interventions.
• Collaborate across local and international teams to share support, best practices and continuously improve the service experience.
• Own customer interactions: perform basic repairs, educate customers on technical information and vehicle usage.

What You’ll Bring
