The successful candidate will develop content across multimedia platforms, organizing events to boost brand visibility. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields, at least 1 year of B2B experience, and fluency in English and Italian or Spanish. Job Description :
  1. Strategize compelling content across multi‑media platforms (posts, videos, online activities) to effectively boost brand visibility in the new energy sector.
  2. Plan and implement domestic and international industry events, exhibition and road shows, ensuring successful execution and maximizing lead generation.
  3. Systematically analyze market data and customer feedback, lead to actionable insights for product positioning and future market planning.
  4. Optimize digital channels to generate qualified sales leads, and collaborate with the Sales team by providing necessary marketing tools to achieve business objectives.
  5. Other work assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements :
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or International Commerce.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a B2B marketing or sales support role, preferably within an industrial or high‑tech environment. Excellent recent graduates with strong commercial internships can be considered.
  3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian / Spanish for executing cross‑border marketing campaigns and communicating with European markets.
  4. Willingness to undertake frequent business travel to manage event logistics and support key regional market development.
