The role encompasses overseeing production operations, managing manufacturing processes, and leading a team to optimize resources and achieve operational targets. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, at least 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience, and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles. This is a full-time position focused on enhancing efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
