As Manufacturing Engineer for Workshop Support Cell you will lead the design and deployment of process and operations to match demand and schedule with the highest focus on HSE, Quality, and Operation excellence. This role, reporting to Workshop Support Cell Leader, will be responsible for:

  • Defining and deploying processes for material preparation & kitting.
  • Designing the operations throughout standard work and lean principles.
  • Enhancing performance on target and KPIs such as On Time Delivery, productivity, quality, HSE leading & lagging indicators.
  • Supporting new technologies and equipment installation and start‑up.
  • Staying up to date on contemporary tools or theories on manufacturing operations excellence.
  • Role modelling in the shop to impart key rules knowledge and respect.
  • Championing HSE, compliance and quality.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in STEM disciplines.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in global supply chain.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities.
  • Pro‑activity and accuracy in data processing.
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Six Sigma training or equivalent quality training; knowledge of value‑stream mapping, AWO, Kaizen, 5S and other lean tools is preferred.
