Responsibilities will include collaborating across departments to improve safety, quality, and productivity, while managing process documentation. Ideal candidates should have expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CNC programming, and a strong commitment to enhancing working conditions and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan schedule conduct and coordinate equipment new launches process development and modification to meet cost target product quality safety and sustainability;
• support to other departments for safety quality and productivity improvement;
• work with Sales Manufacturing and Quality to define manufacturing strategy capital and direct costs to set business plans for new projects;
• create and manage the process documentation for the new and existing projects;
• support to other departments to increase ergonomic working condition safety of use and reduce quality problems or customer complaints;
• take part in the feasibility process for the new products (Design Review);
• leading or supporting in international team work;
• verify the uptime rate of production equipment propose new strategy / manufacturing improvement to reduce costs and / or improve equipment capacity.
