Manager Intra Logistic (m/f/d) – Alpitronic

Your Responsibilities
  • Control and monitoring of logistics processes at production sites from goods receipt to shipping according to lean logistics principles (e.g., JIS, JIT, Line Back Planning)
  • Ensuring material availability for the production site, in designated KANBAN racks and guaranteeing smooth operations
  • Participation in the introduction of new logistics processes at the site
  • Continuous improvement of site‑specific intralogistics processes in collaboration with logistics planning and process planning departments
  • Collaboration with the Quality department on quality issues
  • Ensuring proper storage and transport of goods, especially sensitive items such as circuit boards
  • Implementation and optimization of the lean logistics philosophy
  • Monitoring compliance with rules of conduct regarding working and break times, order & cleanliness, etc.
Your Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
  • Knowledge of process management and operational logistics
  • Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP and BI systems
  • Structured, independent working style with strong team spirit, adaptability, and attention to detail
  • Proven problem‑solving and analytical thinking
  • Language skills: fluent in English and Italian, knowledge of German is advantageous
