Si richiede esperienza significativa in analisi KPI, creazione di report finanziari e miglioramento dei processi. Competenze

  • 4+ anni di esperienza in Accounts Receivable o Accounts Payable.

Amazon Digital Services Private Limited – Manager FinOps AP. At Amazon, we're working to be the world’s most customer-centric company. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most strategic, impactful, and fastest growing areas within Amazon. The Manager FinOps AP will be responsible for service delivery of our Accounts Payable / Receivable functions for a specific geo / country and will partner with a diverse set of stakeholders within the Finance Shared Service Organization as well as the business. A key responsibility will be to deliver existing services at a high degree of accuracy, timeliness and controllership, besides supporting the growth in business. Leading a team of ~25 resources, this position will provide overall leadership and direction to the team. This role requires a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, keen attention to detail and a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. The role involves regular interaction with senior leadership and requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to operate autonomously, comfort with ambiguity, and a high performance bar. The candidate should have a proven track record for hiring, developing and retaining talent.

Key responsibilities
  • Performs autonomously, initiates and manages complex, departmental and / or cross-company work.
  • Manages group workload and establishes priorities.
  • Sets and improves policies and procedures, maintains full compliance, and implements best practices.
  • Acts as a consultant or lead on projects and areas of finance or support of a business; broad focus.
  • Acts as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business partners.
  • Significantly participates in recruiting efforts and raises the bar.
  • Plays a significant role in career development of the team.
  • Drives execution of the vision and goals for the team and communicates them effectively.
Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience.
  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • 4+ years of building financial and operational reports / data sets that inform business decision-making.
  • 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • 3+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 3+ members.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
  • 4+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying root cause and creating / implementing an escalation plan.
